Freakz Du Artz moved as a young teenager from Surinam to The Hague, The Netherlands. After a short period he, his mom and sister packed their bags and moved on to Amsterdam South east, better known as the Bijlmer.
The Bijlmer is a place where many cultures come together and where fashion influences from all over the world merge. It is the ultimate breeding ground where trends arise.
Due to his eccentric and extravagant appearance, combined with his trend-setting style, he quickly became a successful and much-asked hair artist. With his sense for colours and thinking outside te box, he increasingly developed his own style.
